This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Assume full responsibility for all leads generated from incoming calls, new community openings, the Taylor Morrison website, corporate marketing initiatives, social media platforms, MLS, and third-party listing sites such as Zillow and BDX to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.
• Handle all incoming call leads promptly and with a sense of urgency.
• Achieve or surpass monthly sales contribution targets.
• Assess leads using Taylor Morrison’s Heart of the Home Sales Training and the Online Sales Scorecard.
• Identify customers' motivations, timelines, and capabilities, documenting findings in Salesforce.
• Ensure consistent follow-up with leads with the objective of scheduling an appointment with a Community Sales Manager (CSM).
• Arrange onsite appointments, communicate expectations clearly, and facilitate the Online to Onsite transition.
• Keep an extensive understanding of product offerings, community details, and available inventory for all communities served.
• Have a solid grasp of Mortgage Lending Fundamentals.
• Utilize Salesforce for the accurate and timely entry and management of customer data.
• Conduct follow-ups through outbound prospecting with both new and existing leads.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Division Sales, Marketing, and Leadership Teams.
• Participate in In-Person Sales Rallies, division events, and Online Sales Conference(s); biannual travel may be necessary.
• Present Online Sales metrics and achievements to leadership, marketing, and sales teams.
• Maintain and submit weekly and monthly reports.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Active Real Estate license is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of onsite or online selling experience is preferred.
• Availability during weekdays and weekends.
• Strong customer service skills and a personable demeanor.
• Proven communication abilities via email, text, video messages, and phone.
• Experience with sales contact management databases.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and management skills.
• Capacity to maintain focus in an unstructured environment without daily supervision.
• Must have a private workspace that is free from noise and distractions.
• High-speed internet connection with an appropriate workstation to support required computer equipment.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and effectively manage time.
• Must be able to learn and adhere to a proven sales process.
