This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.
• Act as the primary coordinator for all tasks related to online reputation management for designated client accounts.
• Create and oversee client profiles on platforms including Google, Yelp, Healthgrades, and other pertinent review websites.
• Ensure that all client profiles are optimized for enhanced visibility, accuracy, and a positive reputation.
• Monitor incoming reviews and feedback, crafting suitable responses to uphold a positive online image.
• Serve as the main liaison between client account managers and internal backend teams for all tasks associated with reputation management.
• Formulate strategies to motivate clients to consistently acquire fresh, positive reviews.
• Track and assess metrics to analyze clients’ online reputation, offering actionable insights and suggesting improvements.
• Participate actively in voice and video meetings with international clients.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English.
• Experience in managing social media or online profiles.
• Diploma in Marketing or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Strong computer proficiency, including experience with Skype, Zoom, and G Suite.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Self-driven with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
• Capacity to perform effectively in a high-demand, fast-paced work setting.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new software or tools.
