Online Nutrition Adjunct Faculty

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Instruct undergraduate programs in HCA and Nursing.

• Deliver practical, hands-on training.

• Utilize industry experience to assist students in achieving their educational goals.

• Provide support to busy adult learners during evenings and weekends.

• Conduct one live session and one office hour each week via Zoom.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nutrition or a Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the field from a regionally accredited institution.

• 3-5 years of required industry experience.

• Industry experience must have occurred within the last 5 years.

• Exhibit the highest levels of integrity at all times.

• Strong interpersonal skills (including approachability and empathy) essential for quickly connecting with students.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to thrive in a 5-week accelerated course format.

• Must be comfortable as the first point of contact for troubleshooting software or technical issues for students.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection is mandatory.

• Must provide your own Windows-based computer and webcam.

• Your computer system must meet ECPI University’s minimum requirements test.

• Required to teach one live session and hold one office hour each week via Zoom.
