Online Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Local marketing initiatives (50%) involve creating and localizing campaigns, crafting copy, executing small marketing tests across various channels, analyzing results, and assessing impact.

• Influencer engagement and social media (25%) focus on spearheading influencer partnerships as well as managing the strategy and daily operations of our organic channels in the Romanian market.

• Brand initiatives (25%) encompass PR stunts, brand pop-ups, and collaborations. This includes overseeing everything from conceptualization and logistics to execution, as well as our participation in local events and festivals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Romanian (C2) with exceptional copywriting and editing abilities, in addition to English at a B2 level.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or influencer coordination.

• Ability to interpret performance dashboards and utilize metrics such as CTR, CPA, and conversion rate to assess effectiveness.

• Proven experience in independently managing a project from conception to launch, whether it be a campaign, collaboration, or local brand activation.

• Regular use of AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) as an integral part of your workflow for tasks like copywriting, brainstorming, research, or reporting. We will inquire about this specifically.

• Flexibility to travel occasionally within Romania. While the majority of work is remote, some collaborations and PR stunts require your physical presence.

• Basic understanding of SEO principles.

• Advanced data literacy regarding performance channels.

• Fundamental skills with tools like Canva, Figma, or CapCut for quick and minor visual edits.

• Experience in a sensitive or regulated industry (such as healthcare, mental health, or fintech).
