This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee webinars, virtual events, workshops, and online experiences.
• Manage project timelines and event plans.
• Organize speakers and presenters.
• Assist with attendee communications.
• Handle registrations.
• Ensure seamless event execution.
• Support and coordinate email campaigns, social media marketing, event launches, landing pages, registration funnels, community engagement, educational initiatives, and promotional schedules.
• Provide exceptional experiences for attendees.
• Facilitate community engagement.
• Respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Organize post-event communications.
• Collect feedback from attendees.
• Enhance future experiences.
• Utilize AI for event planning, campaign development, content creation, communication, reporting, documentation, workflow enhancement, community management, customer support, and ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Operations, Customer Success, Executive Leadership, Designers, and Copywriters to deliver outstanding educational experiences.
• Continuously enhance event quality, foster attendee engagement, optimize marketing effectiveness, increase operational efficiency, improve documentation, and consistently elevate the standard of every event and campaign.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination, digital marketing, campaign management, customer experience, or community management.
• Proven experience in coordinating webinars, virtual events, workshops, or educational programs.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Exceptional organizational abilities.
• Strong capability in stakeholder management.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Remarkable attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
• Experience utilizing AI for campaign planning, email marketing, social media content creation, event organization, customer communication, reporting, documentation, workflow optimization, community engagement, and marketing research will be highly valued.
