Digital Marketing Specialist

📋 Description

• Develop, construct, and enhance retention marketing initiatives across various channels, including email and select in-product messaging.

• Oversee customer lifecycle journeys to boost activation, engagement, and retention metrics.

• Analyze performance and suggest enhancements based on data insights and customer behaviors.

• Discover opportunities to test and innovate new lifecycle strategies that promote growth.

• Assist in the creation and implementation of growth marketing experiments focused on enhancing acquisition-to-retention conversion and maximizing customer lifetime value.

• Take ownership and optimize acquisition channels, including the management and refinement of paid advertising campaigns across pertinent platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta).

• Develop and sustain help center and support documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer experience.

• Regularly assess and enhance marketing workflows, processes, and automation to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

• Oversee small to mid-scale marketing projects, including their planning, execution, and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing and growth marketing.

• Proven experience in managing paid advertisements, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms.

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to link marketing efforts to customer behavior and return on investment.

• Experience in independently managing marketing projects and timelines.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
