This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You integrate marketing and sales into a cohesive, high-performing team.
• Enhance visibility and outreach (Awareness).
• Design and implement SEO strategies, including keyword research, website evaluations, and optimizations.
• Strategize and oversee our LinkedIn communications.
• Execute targeted advertising campaigns to broaden reach.
• Generate leads and assist in sales (Consideration & Conversion).
• Develop and assess digital campaigns for systematic lead generation.
• Focus on customer retention and value enhancement (Retention & CLV).
• Plan and implement upselling, cross-selling, and activation initiatives.
• Create automated customer communications to boost Customer Lifetime Value.
• Keep abreast of current trends and technologies in digital marketing.
• Formulate new strategies to better synchronize marketing and sales.
• Several years of experience in digital marketing and lead management, preferably in a B2B or service-oriented setting.
• You seamlessly blend strategic planning with operational execution—whether for content, SEO/SEA, email marketing, or conversion optimization.
• Confident in managing KPIs, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
• Ability to create user-friendly, search-engine-optimized landing pages.
• Proficient with CMS and SEO tools.
• Strong understanding of UX principles.
• Organized, self-reliant, and possess a proactive hands-on approach.
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken—English proficiency is a plus.
