Online Lecturer, Physiotherapy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You facilitate engaging case discussions and specialized lessons in a virtual classroom setting.

• You design inspiring, practice-focused learning experiences for our participants.

• You instruct medical language skills, concentrating on patient history interviews (anamnesis), clinical assessments, and documentation in accordance with German standards.

• You elucidate legal fundamentals, encompassing therapy law, data protection, and quality assurance within the German healthcare system.

• You offer focused preparation for examination scenarios, practicing both oral and practical formats while providing personalized feedback.

• You assist with cultural acclimatization by clarifying German workplace practices in clinical and outpatient environments, helping to alleviate uncertainties.

• You adjust your teaching strategies flexibly based on learners’ styles and prior experiences.

• By delivering exceptional online instruction, you play a key role in our participants’ notably high pass rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in German (C2+).

• You possess a passion for teaching and exceptional communication abilities.

• You are a state-recognized/licensed physiotherapist (m/f/d) — a bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

• You have a contemporary, evidence-based perspective on physiotherapy and are familiar with educational methodologies.

• You are available at least one day each week during the hours of 8:00–16:00 or 8:00–12:00.

• Experience in digital or online teaching is required.

• Familiarity with teaching German as a foreign language is a plus.

• You demonstrate flexibility, creativity, and proficiency in digital environments.

• Knowledge of the criteria for the German qualification/assessment exam for international physiotherapists is essential.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in lesson development, course design, and teaching delivery is preferred.
