Online Fitness Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• As a Coach at Coach Here, your primary responsibility will be coaching. There will be no sales, lead generation, or invoicing involved. You focus solely on coaching while we manage everything else.

• You will tailor programming and nutrition plans to suit each client's unique bodies, injuries, schedules, and lifestyles.

• Your role will include conducting regular check-ins, making continuous adjustments, re-engaging clients who may become disengaged, and investigating the reasons behind any client stagnation instead of merely providing a new plan.

• The expectation is clear: when a client succeeds, that is their victory. Conversely, if a client does not succeed, that responsibility falls on you.

⛳️ Requirements

• We are looking for coaches with over 5 years of substantial experience, including online coaching, who possess valid training and nutrition certifications.

• Ideal candidates will have a focus on or an affinity for supporting women in midlife, including those experiencing menopause, perimenopause, postpartum, and beyond. Many of our coaches are in this life stage themselves.

• We welcome former studio owners, solo online coaches, and individuals transitioning from teaching, healthcare, and other supportive roles.

• Strong communication skills are essential, as a significant portion of this role involves writing and video check-ins, where conveying warmth is crucial.
