This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Assist couples in organizing destination weddings, honeymoons, and group travel experiences.
• Conduct research on venues, packages, and travel logistics tailored to client requirements.
• Manage travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and activities.
• Liaise with premium suppliers and resort brands.
• Remain informed about resort trends, familiarization trips, and special promotions.
• Deliver exceptional virtual customer service through phone, email, or Zoom.
• Utilize provided tools, CRM systems, and booking portals to oversee client journeys.
• Engage in optional live and on-demand training sessions.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• A proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Enthusiastic about travel, weddings, or event planning.
• Comfortable with independent and virtual work settings.
• Detail-oriented, inventive, and customer-centric.
• Certification as a Travel & Destination Wedding Specialist.
• Access to a wide range of wedding-friendly resort brands and international suppliers.
