Online English Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver instruction to students ranging from 1 to 4 by encouraging interactive learning.

• Present lessons in a clear and engaging manner, utilizing technology to enhance the learning experience.

• Enhance and expand professional skills and knowledge through participation in webinars, training sessions, and other opportunities provided by the company.

• Observe and analyze students’ behavior and psychological patterns.

• Collaborate effectively with fellow teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed bachelor's degree is required.

• Language proficiency: Native English speaker.

• Possession of a teaching credential (e.g., teaching certificate, TEFL, TESOL) is necessary.

• At least 1 year of teaching experience is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Highly organized and dedicated.

• Creative and energetic approach to teaching.

• Strong moral values and a sense of discipline.

• Preferred: Degree in education or a specialized subject along with a certification in education.

• Preferred: Comprehensive understanding of teaching best practices and educational guidelines, along with a willingness to adhere to the company’s policies and procedures.
