Online Engagement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.

📋 Description

• Act as the initial point of contact for visitors to the website via live chat.

• Interact with potential clients in real-time with a friendly and consultative demeanor.

• Address customer inquiries regarding destination weddings, travel services, and the overall planning process.

• Tailor conversations to provide an outstanding customer experience.

• Establish rapport with visitors and promote ongoing engagement.

• Communicate with prospective clients to ascertain their travel and wedding planning requirements.

• Accurately gather and update customer information within the CRM system.

• Qualify leads and connect them with the suitable Destination Wedding Specialist.

• Arrange consultations and ensure clients receive all necessary follow-up communications.

• Handle multiple live chat conversations at once while maintaining excellent response times and service quality.

• Facilitate engagement and lead conversion through personalized interactions.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to consistently enhance performance and conversion rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• C1 English proficiency or higher (both written and spoken) is REQUIRED.

• Exceptional written communication skills with outstanding grammar and spelling.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in:

• Live Chat Support

• Customer Support

• Customer Success

• Online Sales Support

• Lead Qualification

• Proven experience interacting with customers via live chat, messaging platforms, or CRM systems.

• Typing speed of 60+ WPM.

• Capability to confidently handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new platforms and digital tools.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
