This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

• Conduct engaging individual demo classes in Math and ELA utilizing our pre-prepared materials.

• Take advantage of our ready-made resources and comprehensive lesson scripts—there's no need to develop your own content.

• Present Brighterly’s distinctive approach to both parents and students, ensuring a positive initial experience.

• Offer constructive feedback to the team regarding lessons and student participation.

• Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to enhance the overall learning journey.

• C1+ English proficiency, with a clear and neutral accent.

• A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and inspiring children in Math.

• Minimum of 6 months' teaching experience with children (in Math or English).

• Possession of at least a high school diploma and a solid foundation in Math & English.

• Strong understanding of mathematical concepts taught at the K–8 level.

• Exceptional patience, empathy, and communication abilities.

• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week (with a preference for weekdays).
