• Focus on Student Engagement – Collaborate with students by responding promptly within designated timeframes and proactively reaching out to those requiring additional assistance.
• Understand student needs comprehensively and connect them with appropriate resources.
• Foster participation, teamwork, and robust faculty-student relationships to enhance learning experiences and develop essential skills.
• Share Knowledge and Resources – Remain updated in your area of expertise, convey your experiences, and suggest relevant supplemental materials to deepen student comprehension of course material.
• Find clear methods to articulate complex subjects.
• Provide Feedback & Assessment – Assess student submissions and deliver personalized, constructive feedback within established timeframes to encourage growth and mastery of course objectives.
• Facilitate Discussions – Promote student engagement through active involvement in online discussions while nurturing an inclusive, dynamic, and respectful environment that encourages open dialogue and diverse viewpoints.
• Bachelor's degree in Game Development, Game Art, Game Programming, Game Design, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in Game Development/Interactive Media; Game Programming; Game Design; or Game Art.
• Knowledge and comprehension of Unreal Engine; Unity; Introductory Programming Logic; Basic 3D Asset Integration; Simple Gameplay Prototyping; and Industry Pipeline Awareness.
• Preference for Unreal/Unity; Scrum, Agile, and UX skills are highly favored.
