Office Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Utilizes Autodesk Revit and Real Time Rendering Software to create 3D Renderings and walkthroughs of prospective dental office layouts for both internal and external clients.

• Develops Mechanical Construction drawings for Patterson Equipment for the Architect’s evaluation and inclusion in permit sets.

• Generates design layouts for over 5 projects each week.

• Executes multiple revisions on projects based on feedback from internal/external clients and architects.

• Integrates client requirements into design proposals.

• Collaborates with other designers to address design and software challenges.

• Effectively conveys project progress to relevant personnel.

• Skillfully evaluates project requirements, existing space conditions, and necessary equipment to swiftly deliver design solutions.

• Performs additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A two to four-year degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or a related field is preferred.

• 1-3 years of experience with Autodesk Revit software.

• 1-3 years of knowledge and experience in general space planning within healthcare design, particularly in dental, medical, or veterinary fields.

• Familiarity with basic construction documents and sheet sets.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong customer service skills and sound decision-making capabilities.
