This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Strategically plan and organize tasks based on priorities, ensuring management and Client Managers have clear visibility of the schedule.
• Conduct maintenance on instruments following the manufacturer's guidelines.
• Execute instrument qualification after evaluating client requirements.
• Implement software and hardware updates as necessary.
• Enforce maintenance and qualification protocols effectively.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot instruments from various brands.
• Efficiently manage the inventory of spare parts.
• Thoroughly document and maintain traceability of each intervention in accordance with Quality standards.
• Draft and revise maintenance and qualification protocols as needed.
• Facilitate internal and/or external technical training on instruments within their designated range(s).
• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance (after-sales service, laboratory).
• Educational background equivalent to Bac+2 to Bac+5 (2 to 5 years of post-secondary education) in chemistry, biology, physics, or electronics, or equivalent training.
• Proficient in using computers (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, etc.).
• Self-reliant, well-organized, and methodical, possessing strong communication skills and a positive team spirit.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English at a professional working level.
• Capable of multitasking and eager to learn new techniques and products.
