This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Navigate and address challenges within accounts using customized solutions.
• Develop strategic territory plans that align with mutual priorities.

• Utilize insights from the market, competitive landscape, and cross-functional teams.

• Lead impactful customer interactions both virtually and in person.
• Organize stakeholder planning sessions to tackle complex challenges.
• Provide real-time access support in conjunction with Patient Specialty Services.
• Customize outreach using digital tools and omni-channel approaches.
• Connect with customers in both virtual and face-to-face environments.
• A bachelor’s degree is required from an accredited 4-year institution.
• Experience within the past 5 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similar industries featuring large, geographically dispersed sales teams.
• Candidates from medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences services, insurance, consumer health, or B2B sectors are welcome to apply.
• Associate-level applicants may possess limited prior sales experience.
• A demonstrated history of consistent high performance is essential.
• Experience in selling to major accounts and key clients.
• Analytical skills to identify, prioritize, and apply pertinent information to resolve customer issues.
• Ethical leadership with the ability to advocate for ethical practices and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Candidates must reside within the territory or within a reasonable commuting distance of 50 miles from the territory border.
• Willingness to travel 60–80% across a wide geographic area.
• Capability to drive and/or fly within the territory.
• A fully valid and unrestricted driver’s license is mandatory.
• For Associate level: recently separated from the US Military with over 4 years of service in a leadership role, or limited prior sales experience.
• For Territory Account Specialist: a minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant sector or a similarly complex sales position within the last 5 years.
• For Senior Territory Account Specialist: at least 5 years of experience in a relevant sector or a similarly complex sales position within the last 5 years.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within a matrix environment is crucial.
• Proficient communication of clinical product information is required.
• Desirable: experience across therapeutic groups, disease states, account management strategies, and new product launches.
• Desirable: knowledge of patient services, market access, buy and bill processes, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and medical engagements with HCPs.
