Oncology Field Medical Director – MD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Provide expertise in hematology across a wide array of medical customer segments.

• Develop and implement medical strategies and engagement for designated customers within Florida.

• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of relevant therapeutic areas, disease states, and Pfizer medications.

• Act as a resource and channel for Medical Information and customer insights.

• Partner with Global Medical Affairs colleagues to identify potential locations for clinical trials.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO Degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required.

• Recognized subject matter expert among both internal and external stakeholders.

• Exhibit a range of diverse leadership experiences and skills, including the ability to influence and collaborate with peers to create business impact.

• Possess outstanding oral and written communication skills.

• Show excellent interpersonal abilities: capable of understanding and addressing the demands of multiple external and internal customers while managing and resolving conflicts constructively.
