Oncology Data Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Conducts case identification, data abstraction, and follow-up activities for patients diagnosed and/or treated at Baptist Health System with a cancer diagnosis.

• Recognizes reportable cases from a variety of sources.

• Accurately and thoroughly abstracts reportable cases.

• Gathers additional treatment information from primary sources.

• Performs patient follow-up activities.

• Adheres to the guidelines set forth by Baptist Health System.
