This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Provide effective support for Genmab’s Oncology portfolio within the U.S. market.
• Accountable for achieving or surpassing designated sales targets for the territory by effectively communicating the advantages and applications of Genmab’s products for suitable patients.
• Exhibits proficient time management by concentrating efforts on engagements that enhance brand value, prioritizing actions that positively impact patients.
• Formulates and executes comprehensive territory business plans focused on performance, aiming to meet or exceed productivity benchmarks.
• Shows the ability to adapt between virtual and face-to-face interactions while developing business strategies aligned with account communication preferences.
• Analyzes crucial market data points and translates insights into effective business strategies.
• Cultivates strong, long-lasting relationships with customers across all assigned accounts, continuously offering value-based solutions.
• Represents Genmab’s brands in a professional, compliant, ethical, and effective way.
• Possesses a thorough understanding of relevant disease states, Genmab’s products, and competitor offerings, demonstrating the ability to convey value across all communication channels (e.g., digital, live, etc.).
• Exhibits a high level of proficiency in navigating the broader reimbursement landscape, with a deep understanding of the reimbursement and fulfillment processes for injectable medications.
• Demonstrates exceptional territory management and superior sales skills.
• Displays creativity in gaining “access” to customers in the current landscape.
• Enhances team effectiveness and achievement of shared objectives by sharing knowledge, experiences, and information.
• Manages territory resources and budget effectively.
• Adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and policies governing Genmab U.S. staff conduct.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• A minimum of 4 years in sales, marketing, or clinical roles (pharmaceutical, biotech, rare disease, or patient care) is required.
• A proven track record of at least 4 years in Oncology sales and/or account management is necessary for consideration as a Senior Oncology Account Manager.
• Experience with Oncology product launches is preferred.
• Demonstrated strong proficiency in account management, exceptional sales skills, and a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong business analytics capabilities to understand and evaluate business and market drivers, and to develop, implement, and modify territory business plans.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with key customers, office staff, and others within the customer influence network.
• Proven effectiveness in working within matrix teams.
• Demonstrated ability to self-motivate and enhance performance.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Teams, Veeva, and other relevant applications is essential.
• Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and a strong attention to detail are required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal and external contacts at all levels.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.
