This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Lead the hands-on execution of customer onboarding initiatives from initial discovery through to go-live and hypercare phases.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for claims during the onboarding process, influencing decisions regarding workflows, roles, rules, and configuration.
• Configure claims workflows, roles, rules, and platform settings in accordance with customer operating models.
• Provide support for the complete implementation process, which includes User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-go-live stabilization.
• Collaborate closely with the Integration Specialist on the design and delivery of integrations.
• Convert claims workflows and business requirements into precise integration and data mapping inputs.
• Define data mappings and transformation rules for migrations, viewed from a claims perspective.
• Assist in data validation, reconciliation, and UAT cycles to ensure the desired business outcomes are achieved.
• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions focused on claims operations and General Insurance (GI) / Property & Casualty (P&C) requirements.
• Document functional requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify discrepancies between customer claims processes and platform capabilities.
• Assist with change requests when modifications to the scope are necessary.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with the Head of Delivery Australia on planning, sequencing, and managing delivery risks.
• Work alongside Professional Services and Product, Research & Development (PRND) teams during the onboarding phase.
• Provide support for testing, defect triage, and issue resolution.
• Contribute to the development of onboarding standards, templates, and playbooks.
• Assist with Quality Assurance (QA) activities by verifying functional outcomes during UAT and post-go-live phases.
• Over 5 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, business analysis, or claims systems roles.
• Strong expertise in General Insurance (GI) / Property & Casualty (P&C) claims.
• In-depth knowledge of claims workflows, data structures, and operational models.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud-based systems.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data flows, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical specialists.
• Experience in supporting data migration and UAT from a business perspective.
