This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee and implement the onboarding process for new employees to ensure seamless integration.
• Develop, revise, and manage onboarding resources including guides, tutorials, and checklists.
• Collaborate with different departments to customize onboarding materials for specific positions.
• Facilitate orientation sessions and training to acclimate new hires with the company culture, policies, and systems.
• Track onboarding progress and provide constructive feedback to management.
• Act as a primary contact for new hires during their initial employment phase to address any questions and concerns.
• Continuously strive to enhance onboarding processes based on feedback and industry best practices.
• At least 2 years of experience in onboarding, training, or human resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient with onboarding software and digital communication platforms.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Problem-solving attitude with a strong dedication to improving employee experiences.
• Flexibility to work U.S. hours.
