
Onboarding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee and guide the onboarding process for new clients
• Interact directly with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues
• Conduct customized training sessions and develop relevant documentation
• Partner with cross-departmental teams to provide a smooth onboarding experience
• Track user engagement and identify potential churn risks
• Gather feedback for ongoing improvement and monitor key performance indicators
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or customer service within a SaaS setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Comfortable working with technical products
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
• A strong commitment to customer success
• Capability to manage multiple customer accounts at once
