Onboarding Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the successful and timely completion of client onboarding projects.

• Guides internal teams to implement client onboarding processes and tasks, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of all project deliverables.

• Develops and implements strategies for risk mitigation in onboarding projects, addressing all escalations related to these initiatives.

• Offers pre-sales client onboarding support for the sales team.

• Ensures that onboarding tasks are executed in compliance with established ISO processes.

• Keeps project information current in Smartsheet, Salesforce.com, and other internal systems.

• Oversees client communication and escalations with Rimini Street and Client Executives throughout the onboarding process.

• Delivers detailed and timely status updates to internal management teams.

• Ensures high levels of client satisfaction throughout the entire onboarding journey.

• Secures client reference opportunities upon completion of the onboarding.

• Identifies and suggests innovations and enhancements for the onboarding process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Project Management certification or an equivalent qualification is preferred.

• SAP or Oracle Implementation and/or technical certifications are desirable.

• 3-5+ years of consulting or project management experience focusing on SAP or Oracle enterprise applications or Oracle Database, with a strong background in client management or sales.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in ERP application implementation and/or upgrade project management.

• At least 2 years of experience in client communication and relationship management.

• Extensive project management experience, including familiarity with project management tools, techniques, and methodologies.

• Proficiency in both spoken and written French is mandatory.
