• Take full ownership of the onboarding experience.
• Manage the complete onboarding journey, including landing pages, registration, login, and player profile setup.
• Oversee third-party tools (such as device, email, and SMS verification) to guarantee a seamless and secure onboarding process.
• Ensure that all onboarding touchpoints are straightforward, intuitive, and optimized for conversion.
• Drive the optimization of conversion rates and overall user experience.
• Continuously enhance the registration flow to ensure simplicity, speed, and improved conversion rates.
• Own and upgrade all visual and content components utilized during onboarding and initial user communication.
• Implement A/B testing and experimentation to validate enhancements and elevate user experience.
• Define, shape, and execute the onboarding product roadmap in line with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for new features and enhancements based on user needs, data insights, and market trends.
• Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to remain ahead of industry developments.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it is transparent, well-defined, and aligned with business value.
• Create and refine epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
• Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to onboarding and conversion.
• Monitor user behavior, performance metrics, and stakeholder feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Make informed, data-driven decisions to continuously enhance the product.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, customers, and development teams.
• Lead agile processes such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively manage live issues and prioritize resolutions.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in a dynamic, agile, digital environment.
• Strong capability to translate business requirements into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented in managing priorities and deliveries.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
• A data-driven mindset focused on optimizing user experience and conversion rates.
• Proactive problem solver who can handle multiple priorities and take initiative.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities through market and competitor analysis.
• Comfortable investigating issues and coordinating with internal teams and third-party providers.
• Passionate about creating high-quality, user-centric products.
• Advantageous experience in the Gaming, Forex, or Crypto industries.
• Experience in managing customer onboarding and conversion flows.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar product-focused certification.
• Experience working with remote, distributed teams across multiple time zones.
