This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Carry out daily tasks related to provider enrollment, credentialing, and licensing under the supervision of Specialists and Team Leads, ensuring that all activities are completed accurately and on time.
• Efficiently enter, manage, and update provider information in credentialing databases and internal systems, adhering to strict data integrity standards.
• Examine and process enrollment applications, supporting documents, and status updates, ensuring quality and compliance with payer guidelines.
• Recognize and escalate any issues, discrepancies, or complex cases to the appropriate team member without delay.
• Engage in team meetings, share updates on assigned tasks, and actively learn workflows, SOPs, and systems to enhance operational knowledge.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team atmosphere by contributing to process improvement initiatives and embodying a growth mindset.
• 0–2 years of experience in provider credentialing, healthcare administration, or related operations; recent graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy in data entry and document management.
• Outstanding organizational, time management, and communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adhere to established workflows, quickly learn new systems, and appropriately escalate complex cases.
• A genuine passion for Allara's mission and a desire to learn and advance within the healthcare operations sector.
• Familiarity with credentialing platforms such as CAQH or Verifiable, or with data management tools like Airtable, is an advantage.
