This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• Oversee the Onboarding Journey: Direct the onboarding process for new hires with an emphasis on compliance and efficient documentation, including the verification and assembly of employment packages.
• Comprehensive Ownership: Assume responsibility for the complete employee onboarding lifecycle, fulfilling all operational requirements to guarantee a smooth and successful experience, while skillfully addressing employee inquiries throughout the process.
• Collaborative Efforts: Partner closely with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams to ensure a seamless experience for both clients and their employees.
• Ongoing Enhancement: Continuously seek and implement improvements to the onboarding experience, proactively identifying and addressing changing needs.
• Data Management Proficiency: Oversee and maintain employee data, ensuring the accuracy, security, and confidentiality compliance of information.
• Support for Compliance Initiatives: Assist with reporting, audits, and data integrity projects to reinforce our commitment to operational excellence.
• Promote Automation: Recognize and advocate for automation opportunities to optimize onboarding processes, enhancing efficiency and scalability.
• Extensive Operations Expertise: You possess a robust background in operational roles, with a comprehensive understanding of people operations (experience in employment and legal contracting is essential).
• Knowledge of Contracts: Skilled in managing employment contracts and other legally binding documents, especially within the HR or people management field.
• Flexibility: You thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments, preferably within startups or rapidly growing companies, and are motivated by evolving challenges.
• Collaborative Spirit: A genuine team player who values collective success and exhibits a strong sense of ownership. You are capable of working independently and proactively seek support when necessary.
• Outstanding Communication Skills: High proficiency in written and spoken English at a business level, with a sharp eye for detail and clarity in documentation and communication, ensuring accurate and professional information dissemination across diverse audiences. Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Tech-Savvy and Adaptive: Proficient in utilizing various collaboration tools for effective asynchronous work, possessing the agility to learn and adapt to new and evolving systems.
• Independent and Team-Driven: Capable of working autonomously and seamlessly within an international, fast-paced remote team, managing multiple priorities. Willing to accommodate flexible hours to support global requirements as needed.
• Familiarity with Essential Tools: Experience with communication, documentation, and project management platforms such as Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and Google Workspace (G-Suite) or similar tools.
• Knowledge and Content Management: Proficient in organizing, maintaining, and updating knowledge and content resources to ensure accessibility and accuracy, thus supporting team efficiency and smooth information flow.
