This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Utilize our FlightPath approach to onboard new customers.
• Oversee projects from inception to completion while fostering strong relationships.
• Conduct clear and engaging training sessions.
• Develop straightforward resources such as videos and written documents to empower customers in using the system confidently.
• Assist customers during live payroll runs.
• Review results collaboratively and address any discrepancies to achieve accurate outcomes.
• Handle essential setup tasks, including bank transfer configurations, test payments, and HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) authorization.
• Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong skills in problem-solving.
• Commitment to process improvement.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Maintain project timelines independently and within a team.
• Proficiency in working with data, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with data importation or adjustments within systems.
• Interest in payroll or financial software.
• Understanding of payroll processes or relevant legislation.
• Background in customer-facing positions.
