Onboarding Analyst – Client Engagement, Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate training sessions on taxation, tax regulations, and fiscal responsibilities;

• Provide guidance to clients on the issuance of service and/or product invoices;

• Clarify the functionality of the Contajá platform;

• Ensure that clients commence their operations with confidence and a clear understanding of their tax procedures;

• Recognize common challenges and suggest enhancements to the training programs;

• Create a positive and inviting experience at the beginning of the client journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Understanding of customer retention techniques;

• Intermediate proficiency in data analysis and reporting;

• Familiarity with communication tools and CRM software;

• Knowledge in tax planning, payroll, and accounting principles;

• Understanding of company formation, modification, and dissolution procedures;

• Basic skills in customer service and/or customer experience;

• Intermediate competency in Microsoft Office Suite;

• Ongoing Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
