Onboarding Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist new clients in utilizing the product effectively.

• Deliver training and support for software applications.

• Set up environments tailored to client specifications.

• Ensure that clients are satisfied with the product/service provided.

• Recommend enhancements to processes and products with a customer-centric perspective.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with software implementation methodologies.

• Background in the hospitality sector.

• Bachelor’s degree or an associate degree/technical diploma.

• Basic proficiency in Google Workspace, Monday.com, and Excel is advantageous.

• Understanding of financial and administrative processes is a plus.

• Awareness of ERP systems is beneficial.
