This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

• Serve as the on-camera representative for our brands: deliver videos in both Turkish and English with enthusiasm and assurance.

• Collaborate with the founder to devise the content calendar, topics, and scripts.

• Film long-format YouTube videos (guides on company formation, banking, and taxation for entrepreneurs).

• Create short-form content: Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok videos.

• Organize and present live webinars for our audience.

• Develop content for various brands, tailoring tone and style to suit each target audience.

• Monitor video performance and leverage data to enhance future content.

• Native-level Turkish AND proficient, fluent English.

• Authentic comfort and confidence in front of the camera (this is central to the role).

• Experience in creating on-camera content (presentations, vlogs, educational videos, channel hosting, etc.).

• Possess your own recording setup: camera or high-quality smartphone, microphone, lighting, and reliable internet connection.

• Familiarity with YouTube: understanding titles, thumbnails, audience retention, and basic SEO.

• Self-motivated and dependable: capable of managing a content pipeline remotely without constant oversight.

• A third language is advantageous, as it broadens content accessibility for additional audiences.

• A keen interest in business, finance, or entrepreneurship topics is a significant plus.
