Content Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough training needs assessments by utilizing interviews, workshops, surveys, and data analysis.

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gain insights into business objectives, performance gaps, audience profiles, and metrics for success.

• Convert findings from discovery into clear learning objectives, solution recommendations, and defined project scopes.

• Create comprehensive learning solutions that encompass instructor-led training, eLearning, blended learning programs, performance support, and digital learning resources.

• Produce high-level design documents, storyboards, and curriculum frameworks that align with client specifications.

• Ensure that learning solutions adhere to adult learning principles, accessibility standards, and contemporary instructional methodologies.

• Supervise quality reviews of learning materials to guarantee accuracy, clarity, and instructional effectiveness.

• Formulate evaluation strategies to assess the impact of learning and suggest opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Assist clients in the execution of learning programs and in analyzing performance data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in learning consulting, instructional design, or organizational development.

• Demonstrated capability to lead client discovery sessions and convert insights into effective learning strategies.

• Strong portfolio showcasing the design of complex or large-scale learning solutions.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of learning technologies, authoring tools, and LMS platforms.

• Proficient in managing multiple projects while thriving in fast-paced, client-oriented environments.
