This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist with real-time employee injury response by managing scheduled and on-demand eVisit requests in partnership with senior coordinators.
• Aid clients in evaluating, documenting, and coordinating care and claims following workplace injuries through face-to-face, real-time video medical consultations.
• Gather and maintain incident documentation for ongoing callouts.
• Handle multiple communication channels simultaneously.
• Calmly guide callers in following safety protocols and determining next steps.
• Conduct remote eVisit appointments utilizing video and telephone.
• Collaborate with senior coordinators to oversee incident workflows.
• Execute various administrative tasks as needed.
• 2-4 years of experience in 911 emergency medical response.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Possession of NREMT or State EMT-B certification (or higher).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) is mandatory.
• Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Flexible availability to start around your schedule.
• Preferred: Additional education (e.g., college, vocational training, etc.).
• Preferred: HSMT certification.
• Preferred: Experience in a phone-based role within an office, dispatch, or recruiting environment.
• Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office setting.
