This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Handle incoming agency phone calls and oversee voicemail, email, and Text-Em-All communications.
• Provide timely and professional responses to clients, families, caregivers, and potential clients.
• Record new client inquiries in the Intake Summary Form and alert the owner.
• Organize caregiver scheduling, which includes filling in for call-offs and open shifts.
• Ensure that all shifts for the next day are fully staffed by the conclusion of each on-call day.
• Communicate any client, family, or employee concerns, as well as incidents, to supervisory personnel.
• Engage in a weekly client status call with office staff and nurses.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients, families, caregivers, and prospective clients.
• Detail-oriented with strong customer service skills.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting urgent deadlines.
• Must reside in the Washington, DC metro area.
• Availability for occasional off-hours support on weekdays is advantageous.
