• Proficient in verbal and written communication in English.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Exceptional skills in managing emails.
• Strong focus on customer service, with the ability to empathize and prioritize client needs.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of sales principles.
• Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
• A strong drive to achieve success.
• Personal accountability is crucial.
• Experience in a contact center is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is an advantage.
