This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Meet or surpass set sales objectives, revenue targets, and profitability goals.
• Identify, pursue, and onboard potential new accounts.
• Manage and maintain opportunities, quotes, customer interactions, and pipeline visibility using Salesforce (SFDC).
• Foster long-lasting relationships with customers and partners through proactive communication and effective account management.
• Collaborate with various teams to address customer requirements and business goals.
• Organize and lead meetings with buyers and decision-makers.
• Travel as necessary to facilitate account development and stimulate sales growth.
• Oversee pricing proposals, bids, and sales presentations.
• Monitor sales activities and provide reports on sector engagement.
• Address customer and account-related issues while maintaining high service standards.
• Work internally to enhance efficiency and improve customer experiences.
• Identify and target new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector.
• Create and execute business development strategies.
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and oversee the sales pipeline.
• Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing in accordance with company goals.
• 5–10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the oil and gas sector is preferred.
• Proven track record of acquiring new business and managing key accounts effectively.
• Experience with oil and gas industry accounts and packagers, Engineering, Procurement and Contracting (EPC) firms, drilling contractors, or service providers is advantageous. Direct experience in the Vapor Recovery Unit field is beneficial.
• Strong grasp of oil and gas operations, products, services, and market trends.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to build and sustain strategic relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; a technical background is advantageous.
• Excellent multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple opportunities and priorities concurrently.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
