This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +4 more states.
• Support the implementation of all Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) activities related to the humanitarian response in Cuba.
• Develop, adapt, and apply MEAL tools, methodologies, and processes suitable for the context.
• Coordinate and execute the collection, validation, management, and analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Maintain data quality standards and appropriate information management practices.
• Assist in reflection processes, analysis of findings, and documentation of lessons learned.
• Contribute to the review of databases and ensure data quality.
• Foster working relationships with Cáritas Cuba, diocesan Cáritas, volunteers, and other implementing partners.
• Conduct field visits and ad hoc reviews of MEAL processes, tools, and resources.
• Support capacity strengthening activities and provide technical assistance in MEAL.
• Contribute to meeting MEAL requirements for CRS and donors.
• Prepare reports for donors, trend analyses, case studies, success stories, and learning products.
• Ensure that MEAL documentation is complete, up-to-date, and archived in a timely manner.
• A university degree (Bachelor's) is required, preferably in Statistics, MEAL, ICT4D, or a related field.
• A minimum of four (4) years of relevant work experience.
• Additional relevant professional experience may partially substitute formal education requirements.
• Experience in adapting MEAL systems for complex or resource-limited contexts.
• Experience with physical forms, data consolidation, and data entry.
• Experience in ensuring quality management and timely availability of information.
• Proficiency in Spanish is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Availability and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Relationship management and collaboration skills with local partners.
• Experience working with partners, participatory action plans, and community engagement.
• Experience in project monitoring and data collection.
• Proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Solid knowledge of Monitoring, Accountability, and Learning.
• Basic knowledge of MEAL in Design, Evaluation, Analysis and Critical Thinking, ICT4MEAL, and Management in MEAL.
• Ability to work legally in the location of the position.
