This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee and facilitate daily office functions, including supplier management, facilities administration, and team logistics.
• Manage scheduling, coordinate meetings, arrange travel, and handle internal communications.
• Effectively communicate with both internal teams and external stakeholders across different time zones.
• Keep precise records of office budgets, vendor agreements, and operational documentation.
• Utilize essential tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms.
• Assist the broader team with onboarding, HR administration, and general business support responsibilities.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and minimize business expenses.
• At least 2 years of experience in office management, operations, or a related area.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational abilities with a capacity to handle multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools.
• Capable of working independently and effectively managing your own time.
• Keen attention to detail and a proactive mindset towards problem-solving.
• Experience with UK-based clients or employers is a plus.
• Must possess a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
