This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee intricate calendaring and inbox management for the co-founders, which includes arranging both internal and external meetings, prioritizing requests, and ensuring effective communication on their behalf.
• Organize travel arrangements for the Growth team, encompassing flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itinerary oversight.
• Assist the People team with scheduling interviews, managing logistics, and executing company events, offsites, team gatherings, and cultural programming.
• Take charge of various administrative tasks across the organization, including research, vendor management, gift procurement, and other responsibilities as needed.
• Recognize operational inefficiencies and proactively suggest solutions.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or office management capacity.
• Proven experience in supporting senior executives with calendar and inbox oversight.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to handle competing priorities independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
• Fully prepared for remote work with dependable availability during Eastern business hours.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs), Notion, and Slack.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Experience in a startup or rapidly growing environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of travel booking and expense management platforms such as Ramp is preferred.
• Experience assisting HR or People teams with event logistics and interview processes is preferred.
