Off Prem Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Identify target accounts and establish connections with off-premises staff, retail managers, and customer sales representatives.

• Utilize relationships with key accounts to enhance distribution sales.

• Educate both trade partners and consumers through direct engagement, including samplings, meetings, and training sessions.

• Assist the local team with training initiatives for staff.

• Employ Encompass, Microsoft Office Suite, and other software tools to monitor activities, results, contacts, tasks, and outputs.

• Sustain and improve the network of distribution points.

• Meet monthly sales and placement objectives within the designated territory.

• Guide distributor sales teams and cultivate significant retail customer relationships.

• Carry out essential tasks that involve standing, walking, sitting, computer usage, verbal communication, and document handling.

• Adapt to varying noise levels and warehouse temperatures as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of sales experience with a beverage supplier or distributor is required.

• A background in spirits is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.

• Familiarity with the local market is essential.

• A valid driver's license must be obtained and presented.

• Current auto insurance must be maintained.

• Willingness and ability to occasionally work outside standard hours, including nights and weekends.

• Capability to work remotely while demonstrating added value.

• Strong interpersonal skills are needed to direct distributor sales teams and strengthen key retail customer relationships.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, manipulate hands, handle documents, bend, stoop, and reach as necessary.

• Strong verbal communication skills to convey and exchange accurate information.

• Ability to receive detailed information through verbal communication and recognize sounds at normal speaking levels, with or without correction.

• Must be capable of performing all essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
