This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Drive design victories by crafting and implementing strategic sales strategies to secure Infinitum motors within OEM HVAC product lines.

• Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with OEM decision-makers across engineering, product management, and procurement teams to influence long-term design initiatives.

• Utilize strategic selling methodologies to navigate intricate purchasing processes, identify technical and commercial needs, and position Infinitum as a preferred technology partner.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including Business Development (to align on end-user demand creation) and Regional Sales Managers (to ensure downstream commercial success).

• Lead technical and commercial discussions with OEM engineering teams to showcase product value, performance advantages, and integration viability.

• Create multi-year account plans that align with OEM product roadmaps and secure ongoing design-in opportunities.

• Sustain strong relationships with Sales Rep organizations, assisting their salespeople in comprehending the advantages of “Infinitum Inside” solutions and how these can enhance their profitability.

• Monitor the competitive landscape and OEM market trends to identify differentiation opportunities and foster early engagement in new product development cycles.

• Represent Infinitum at OEM-focused industry events and technical forums to enhance brand positioning and establish strategic partnerships.

• Keep precise CRM records, forecasts, and reports on design-in progress, pipeline health, and account performance.

• Work with marketing and product teams to customize messaging, collateral, and technical resources for OEM engagement.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of OEM or Regional Sales Management experience in HVAC or related fields.

• Demonstrated ability to operate within a complex ecosystem and drive a brand's success.

• Experience achieving rapid revenue growth with a new product or business in an agile, dynamic environment.

• Strong sales skills with technically complex, high-value products, marketed at a premium.

• More than 7 years of experience in OEM sales management, business development, or a related role in HVAC, energy efficiency, or similar industries.

• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical contracting, and facility operations is preferred.

• Strong strategic thinking and consultative selling capabilities.

• Proven track record of onboarding and managing over 20 accounts simultaneously.

• Proficient in managing an ecosystem with multiple stakeholders.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and account development abilities.

• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and operations.
