This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct initial audits for website compliance to resolve issues prior to submission to third-party entities.
• Oversee and submit monthly OEM Compliance reports of dealership digital marketing materials to third-party auditors independently.
• Address website compliance challenges in collaboration with third-party agencies.
• Communicate internally or with clients regarding compliance matters, including the necessary remediation steps.
• Maintain monthly logs for recording and tracking ongoing compliance issues.
• Collaborate with various teams (MS C&C, OEM Services, IDT, PM, Support) to address compliance matters.
• Develop subject matter expertise on assigned brand(s) to act as a reliable resource across multiple teams.
• Engage in limited client interactions, both written (email) and verbal (phone).
• Attend trainings and workshops as directed by Management.
• Perform other assigned tasks.
• High School Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; OR any level of college degree with 3 years of relevant experience; OR 7 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in computer troubleshooting methods (with on-the-job training provided for proprietary technologies and applications).
• Proven critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Preferred: Experience in OEM Compliance, Managed Services, and/or Dealer.com Support is highly desirable.
