This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take responsibility for the assigned OEM(s) regarding all aspects of Keyloop’s relationship with that OEM.
• Act as the steward of Keyloop’s ‘sustainable strategic partnerships’ with the OEM.
• Develop and communicate Keyloop's strategies effectively to the OEM.
• Engage with Senior Management at the OEM who can make strategic decisions across various functions.
• Collaborate with the OEM to identify and cultivate new strategic growth initiatives that are mutually beneficial.
• When appropriate, provide necessary consultancy, research, and development resources (either internally or externally) to support projects.
• Ensure compliance with Keyloop DMS certification and mandate requirements, coordinating with market teams to promote adoption and handle escalations.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication channels among all stakeholders within Keyloop and the OEM.
• Work closely with Functional Management to align strategy and operations.
• Collaborate effectively with Go to Market organizations that focus on services in their respective markets.
• Partner closely with the Programme and Partner Management team to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects and partner initiatives.
• Serve as the link for conveying the OEM's strategies and their implications for Keyloop back through the organization.
• Assist the Markets in strategic National Sales Company and Dealer sales scenarios.
• Communicate (and escalate when necessary) the status of OEM-related issues to the relevant markets.
• Be a key member of the OEM’s steering committee and serve as an escalation point for any service or delivery issues and conflicts.
• Negotiate on behalf of Keyloop regarding contracts, certifications, and endorsements with the OEM.
• Identify key partners for collaboration with Keyloop to enhance service delivery and strengthen relationships.
• Manage the budget, forecasting, and Purchase Order cycles effectively—ensuring timeliness and quality every time.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, meet forecasts, and regularly report commercial performance to senior leadership.
• Ensure alignment between commitments and actions.
• Self-motivated individual.
• Background in the retail automotive industry, demonstrating extensive experience in client management.
• Strong background in Software as a Service delivery, preferably within the Automotive sector.
• Experience across multiple markets and geographies, ideally within European regions such as DACH, the UK, Nordics, or Benelux.
• Strong commercial acumen and skills.
• Proficiency in contract negotiation.
• Skills in issue management.
• Proficient in IT applications.
• Significant business experience is necessary to represent Keyloop effectively at critical moments in the relationship.
• A diverse business background is vital to maintain credibility across a wide array of subjects.
• Ability to engage in technical delivery discussions with key customers.
