This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Assist in the implementation of organizational change management strategies and plans for enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Evaluate organizational readiness and stakeholder impact to guide change methodologies.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify potential risks and areas of resistance, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Create and sustain change management deliverables, such as stakeholder analyses, communication plans, and training resources.
• Monitor and report on change adoption, progress towards milestones, and the overall effectiveness of change initiatives.
• Provide communications and training to affected audiences to enhance adoption and engagement.
• Evaluate post-implementation results and uncover opportunities for ongoing improvement.
• Utilize and expand knowledge of organizational change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Support special projects and broader change initiatives as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or a comparable mix of education and experience.
• 2–4 years of applicable experience in change management, project coordination, communications, HR, or a similar field.
• Basic understanding of change management principles and methodologies (e.g., stakeholder engagement, communications, training).
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities and operate efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
