OCM Advisor, French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough organizational impact assessments to determine how the cloud migration will influence different user groups, processes, and roles.

• Utilize findings to create a customized and strategic change management plan.

• Design and implement a multi-channel strategic communications plan to enhance awareness, manage expectations, and keep all stakeholders updated on progress, timelines, and significant decisions.

• Develop an all-encompassing training and enablement strategy. Create, design, and deliver user-oriented training materials and support documentation to ensure users are skilled and confident with new systems and processes.

• Identify essential stakeholders across the organization, assess their needs, and formulate targeted engagement plans to foster robust support for the program.

• Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate organizational readiness for migration phases. Establish and monitor key metrics to assess the effectiveness of change initiatives and report on adoption progress to program leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established senior-level experience in organizational change management, communications, and business analysis.

• Proven expertise in crafting and implementing end-to-end change management strategies for large-scale technology transformations.

• Outstanding abilities in stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, and strategic communication planning.

• Experience in designing and delivering comprehensive training and user-enablement programs.

• Knowledge of the principles of Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) and IT governance related to cloud migration.

• Change Management Professional certification is preferred.

• Experience in supporting a public cloud migration project is preferred.
