Occupational Safety Specialist – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for advancing safety initiatives.

• Conduct on-site inspections to assist managers and teams through accurate risk assessments and guidance on compliance with regulations.

• Engage in planning and development by crafting safety and occupational health plans, along with operating instructions and documentation tailored to specific needs.

• Embrace sustainability and fully digitized processes as core components of our approach within a paperless working environment.

• Facilitate practical knowledge transfer by delivering training sessions, inspiring teams, and introducing new initiatives to make safety a standard practice.

• Exhibit mobility and flexibility by being willing to travel up to four days; assignments are typically located within a 150–250 km radius of your home, with nationwide assignments being infrequent.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certification as an Occupational Safety Specialist in accordance with Section 7 ASiG.

• Preferred: Additional credentials as a Safety and Health Coordinator (SiGeKo) per RAB 30, competent person for personal fall protection (PSAgA), inspector for lifting equipment (Anschlagmittel), and rescue from heights and depths, among others.

• Strong understanding of occupational safety management and relevant legal regulations.

• Proven experience in conducting site inspections and preparing risk assessments.

• Proficient in MS Office 365 and Teams.

• Willingness to travel and possess a valid Category B driving license.
