This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and oversee content shared on social media platforms to ensure adherence to community standards and safety protocols.

• Assess incoming user reports to detect potential violations of policies, such as hate speech, harassment, and harmful materials.

• Utilize nuanced judgment when handling sensitive content to uphold the integrity of the digital environment and improve user safety.

• Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency in a performance-oriented social media moderation setting.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance safety measures and respond to changing trends in digital content regulation.

• Record and communicate emerging threats to user safety to maintain a secure atmosphere for the platform’s Italian-speaking users.

• Keep informed about local and international legislative developments affecting social media content safety.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian (both spoken and written) is a strict requirement.

• A valid EU passport is mandatory to facilitate relocation.

• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to make objective, policy-driven decisions.

• Resilience and emotional maturity, with the capability to professionally manage exposure to sensitive content.

• Proficient command of English for participation in global team meetings and training sessions.

• Prior experience in content moderation or trust and safety is regarded as a significant advantage.
