This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria, +1 more state.
• Develop, organize, and implement safety reporting for extensive and intricate projects
• Oversee complex projects and programs, ensuring proper management of metrics, compliance, and financial aspects
• Suggest modifications to procedures, regulatory intelligence efforts, and various safety-reporting initiatives
• Receive, prepare, and submit safety reports to relevant stakeholders while maintaining compliance
• Detect and address quality or timeline concerns, keeping the Manager updated
• Independently troubleshoot project challenges and pinpoint areas for improvement
• Manage and supervise large and complex projects to guarantee successful and timely completion
• Participate in and present at meetings as needed
• Facilitate and provide guidance on company, client, and regulatory audits
• Mentor lower-level team members and offer support to new hires
• Share insights on individual performance and exchange ideas with team members
• Gather metrics, analyze compliance data, and suggest updates to financial systems
• Act as the main point of contact in the manager's absence
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
• Over 6 years of relevant experience
• A combination of pertinent education, training, and/or directly related experience may be accepted as equivalent
• In-depth understanding of medical terminology
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable about database functionalities
• Strong familiarity with procedural documents and global safety reporting standards
• Capable of critical thinking and problem-solving
• Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire team members
• Competent in collaborating effectively within a team setting
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle ambiguity and complexity
• Possess initiative, negotiation, persuasion, and effective delegation skills
• Capable of applying advanced knowledge and skills to assist and communicate with internal clients
• Comfortable working in an office/laboratory and/or clinical setting
• Ability to work around biological fluids and potentially infectious organisms
• Proficient in using electrical office equipment
• Capable of utilizing necessary personal protective equipment, including protective eyewear, garments, and gloves
