Occupational Health & Safety Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable advisor to clients regarding OSHA/NFPA/ANSI compliance and workplace safety.

• Conduct Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and suggest enhancements for safety measures.

• Create and revise site-specific safety protocols and perform compliance audits.

• Compile and present findings to client leadership teams.

• Design and implement training programs covering OSHA-required topics.

• Ensure adherence to OSHA recordkeeping regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in the field of occupational safety and health.

• Capability to independently oversee multiple client projects at once.

• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and principles of safety management.

• Exceptional communication skills, particularly in presenting findings and recommendations to clients.

• Proficient writing skills for documenting safety findings and creating safety policies/procedures.

• Willingness to travel to client locations (up to 50–70%).
