This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Strategically oversee workspace utilization
• Create occupancy scenarios
• Assist clients in optimizing their real estate portfolios
• Act as the primary contact for space inquiries: manage and resolve space requests
• Collect space requirements and define scope based on client needs, coordinating across various business units
• Engage with client stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership (CEO, CFO, CHRO, COO)
• Develop blocking and stacking plans utilizing Excel, AutoCAD, PowerPoint, and additional presentation tools
• Formulate migration strategies and scenario plans for client relocations
• Aid in strategic data collection processes and requirements gathering
• Design space optimization and restacking plans in line with business requirements
• Evaluate supply/demand data and convert insights into actionable comparisons
• Gather business requirements and identify gaps in existing spaces
• Conduct thorough demand analysis and capacity assessments with gap analysis
• Create test-fits that incorporate client programming and workplace guidelines
• Implement furniture standards and workplace design principles across projects
• Cultivate client relationships and deliver outstanding service
• Benchmark current spaces against other internal locations and utilize broader JLL research and data to pinpoint improvement opportunities related to space usage and enhancements clients can make during the project
• Generate scenario and occupancy plans based on a comprehensive understanding of space supply and demand, utilizing the client database
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on workplace programs
• Employ creative and analytical thinking to aggregate data from various sources and develop solution options for occupancy challenges
• Ensure compliance of all seat assignments with regulations regarding personnel adjacency and provide prompt resolutions for non-compliant assignments
• Prepare and refresh project status reports on actual versus projected seat demand at the building level
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative research data and synthesize it into meaningful and actionable outcomes
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Over 6 years of relevant experience in occupancy planning, workplace strategy, architecture, consulting, corporate real estate, interior design, organizational development, communications, or change management roles
• Strong analytical skills to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data
• Familiarity with desk-sharing concepts and methodologies
• Knowledge of mobile or collaborative workplace design trends
• Proficient in AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Excel, and space planning software
• Preferred: Expertise in CAFM/IWMS database systems (FMS, Tririga, Archibus, or similar)
• Understanding of workplace design principles and furniture systems
• Experience in strategic scenario planning and migration planning
• Knowledge of space programming and test-fit development
• Excellent client management and communication skills
• Exceptional and succinct communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written
• Strong time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in an agile environment, including virtual collaboration with remote colleagues
• Ability to fluidly transition between strategic oversight and hands-on execution
• Energetic, creative, and ready to work diligently in a fast-paced environment; appreciates the variety and challenges inherent in consulting work
